Privacy policy

This site belongs to Megan Moon Long and covers both her wellness practice and her real estate work as a Broker Associate with Compass. It is a simple, mostly static website, and this page describes exactly what it collects.

Contact forms

When you send a message through a form on this site we receive the details you type — name, email address, phone number if you include it, your area of interest and your message — plus the page you sent it from, the time, and the connecting IP address and country supplied by our hosting provider for spam protection. Submissions are delivered by email to Megan and may be kept in a private log on Cloudflare for up to one year so nothing is lost if an email fails. They are used only to respond to you. They are not sold, and they are not added to a newsletter list.

Analytics

This site does not currently run an analytics script. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled later, it counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites, and this page will be updated.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Third parties may set their own when you use their embedded features: Google Maps embeds on property pages, and Cloudflare Turnstile if it is enabled on the contact form. Links to external services — Jane App for appointment booking, Fullscript, Eminence Organics, Instagram and Compass — take you to sites governed by their own policies.

Health information

Please do not send medical details through the website contact form. Appointment scheduling and health history are handled inside the practice’s HIPAA-compliant booking and records system, not on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any message you have sent by emailing megan.moonlong@compass.com. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose network handles requests worldwide; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details on how it processes traffic.
